Test Strategy & Automation
We help you define a test strategy that fits your product and team: what to test, at which levels (unit, integration, E2E), and how to automate it. We align on coverage goals, tooling (e.g. Jest, Vitest, Playwright, Cypress), and how tests run in your CI so that quality is built in from the start and regressions are caught early.
E2E and Integration Testing
We design and implement end-to-end and integration tests that validate real user flows and system behaviour. This includes choosing the right scope (critical paths, APIs, contracts), setting up test environments and data, and keeping tests maintainable and fast. We focus on tests that give you confidence before each release without slowing down delivery.
Performance & Load Testing
We plan and run performance and load tests so you understand how your system behaves under stress and at scale. This covers defining scenarios (concurrent users, throughput, spike tests), using appropriate tools (e.g. k6, Artillery, Lighthouse), interpreting results, and identifying bottlenecks. We help you set baselines and track performance over time so regressions are visible before they hit production.
Quality Gates in CI/CD
We integrate quality gates into your CI/CD pipeline so that builds only proceed when defined criteria are met. This can include test pass rates, coverage thresholds, lint and security checks, and performance budgets. We help you tune gates so they protect quality without blocking delivery unnecessarily, and we document how to fix or adjust them when the pipeline fails.
