Intern
Intern program at MasterFabric and link to the full Interns Hub.
Intern
Our intern program gives you hands-on experience in our GitHub-centric, AI-first workflow. You work on real tasks, use our tools, and follow our culture and processes — with full support from docs, mentors, and the team.
What Interns Do
Interns are part of the delivery team. You will:
- Work in GitHub — branches, pull requests, issues, and discussions.
- Use AI tools — Cursor, Copilot, and our docs to move faster while keeping quality high.
- Follow our culture — collaboration, transparency, documentation, and continuous learning.
- Ship real work — features, fixes, tests, and docs that ship to clients or internal users.
Full guide: Interns Hub
All detailed documentation for interns lives in the Interns Hub. There you will find:
- Software Culture — Principles and values.
- GitHub Workflow — Branching, PRs, code review.
- AI-First Practices — Using AI effectively.
- Onboarding — Setup and first steps.
- Tools — Integrations and tooling we use.

How This Fits Our Organization
Interns sit between trainees (entry path with more structure) and full-time roles. If you are already comfortable with basics and want to go deeper, the intern program and the Interns Hub are your main resources. If you are earlier in your journey, check out Trainee first.
