Trainee
Trainee program at MasterFabric — entry path and structured learning.
Trainee
The entry path for people who want to grow into software development and consulting — structured learning, real project exposure, and a clear path to intern or full-time roles.
Our trainee program gives you structured learning and hands-on experience from day one. You work on real tasks, learn our stack and workflows, and get frequent feedback — with a clear path toward the Intern program or a full-time role.
What Trainees Do
Trainees work alongside the team. You will:
- Follow structured learning — Clear goals, assigned mentors, and a mix of reading (docs, code) and hands-on work.
- Get real project exposure — Small features, bug fixes, documentation, and tooling on real codebases and deliverables.
- Receive mentorship and feedback — Regular check-ins and code reviews so you know where you stand and how to improve.
- Build toward the next step — Strong trainees can move into our intern program or into full-time roles when the fit is right.
Next step: Interns Hub
When you are ready to go deeper, the Interns Hub has the full guide for day-to-day work: culture, GitHub workflow, AI-first practices, onboarding, and tools. Trainees are welcome to skim it early; interns use it as their main reference.

How This Fits Our Organization
Trainees are the entry path — before the intern program and full-time roles. If you are new to software development or consulting and want a structured way in, start here. If you are already comfortable with basics and want to go deeper, check out the Intern program and Interns Hub.
Commitment
The trainee program requires real time and effort. We expect you to show up, ask questions, and iterate on feedback. In return, we invest in your growth and give you a fair path to the next step.
