Who We Are
MasterFabric is a software consulting firm built on two pillars: GitHub-first collaboration and AI-assisted delivery. We focus on quality, transparency, and continuous learning — for our clients and for our own team.
What We Believe
We work in the open. Code, documentation, and decisions live where everyone can see them. We use modern tooling and AI to move faster, but we never compromise on maintainability, testing, or clear communication. Our goal is to deliver software that lasts and teams that keep getting better.
Our Values
Quality First
We ship maintainable, well-tested software. Clean code, documentation, and sensible architecture are non-negotiable. We prefer doing it right over doing it fast.
Transparency
Open communication and clear expectations. Decisions and rationale live in the open. We document as we go and encourage questions and feedback from everyone.
Learning
We invest in trainees, interns, and open source. Continuous learning is part of the job. AI and tools help us explore faster; mentorship and review keep quality high.
How We Work
- With clients — We align on goals, document decisions, and deliver in iterative cycles. We prefer clarity over speed and quality over shortcuts.
- With each other — Pull requests, code reviews, and shared docs are how we share knowledge. We invest in trainees and interns and encourage contributions to open source.
- With the ecosystem — We use and contribute to open source, and we document our practices so others can learn from them.
